We're excited about your interest in carrying Fish Kiss®. Here's a little more about our wholesale program:
Minimums Initial Order:
We try to avoid minimums unless necessary for our manufacturing process. Some items, (drinkware, baby, canvases, and pillows) do have minimums at this time. You will be alerted at checkout how many per style is required.
Payment:
Credit Cards through online checkout. We can also process via check, but please note that production will begin once check is received and cleared.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon online order placement. We do not offer net terms at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
Please review your order carefully before placing as we are unable to cancel it after it's been received. This is because we have some items that are made to order and, so that you receive your order ASAP, we start production right away.
Return Policy:
Due to our made-to-order manufacturing process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges. We will replace anything that may arrive damaged/defective, but require notification within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Production Lead Time:
Production begins as soon as 24 hours after order has been placed and payment has been received. Orders ship immediately but can take up to 2 weeks for made-to-order items such as plateware and custom towels and possibly longer for pre-order items.
Selling Online:
At this time, we are primarily considering wholesales with storefronts, and we allow our approved wholesalers to sell our products online as long as they respect MSRP. Additionally, we only permit online sales that are through a wholesaler's own website, Instagram, and Facebook. We DO NOT permit selling through a third party site such as Amazon, EBay, and Etsy. Any breach of this could jeopardize your ability to purchase Fish Kiss moving forward.
Shipping:
We ship everything either USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the order and the product that is shipping. All shipping pricing is calculated by weight and size. Please note some items ship separately. This is to ensure your items ship as quickly and as efficiently as possible in order to maintain the quality of the product. Each shipment will be notified once it's shipped.

Please note, Fish Kiss owns the copyright of all its designs and custom artwork by Fish Kiss can only be applied to products by Fish Kiss.
