How do I send items to multiple addresses? 

You will need to place an order per address you intend to ship to. 

 

What's your shipping policy?

We ship a variety of different methods in order to get your items to you the fastest and cheapest method possible. On average, please allow 5-7 days for delivery; however, some products are handmade to order and can take up to two weeks to ship. This will be noted on all products where this applies. Delivery times are subject to change and there is no guarantee that the carrier will deliver within the days listed per the carrier's policies.

Fish Kiss is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items once they have shipped. Please check first with the carrier.  

 

What's your return policy?

For non-custom items, returns/exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customerservice@fish-kiss.com to start the process. Products must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt, your item will be refunded within 5-10 business days less original shipping costs.

If for any reason your Fish Kiss order is received damaged, please send a picture to customerservice@fish-kiss.com so that we can process a replacement ASAP. Products in which personalization has been added are not eligible for return.
