How do I send items to multiple addresses? 

You will need to place an order per address you intend to ship to. 

 

What's your shipping policy?

We make everything to order. Please allow about a week for all items except baby and pillows. For baby items and pillows, please allow 3-4 weeks. 


We ship USPS and FedEx. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Delivery times are subject to change and there is no guarantee that the carrier will deliver within the days listed per the carrier's policies.

Fish Kiss is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items once they have shipped. Please check first with your local post office and postal carrier.  

What's your return policy?

If you are unhappy with a purchase please let us know within 3 days of receiving and we will find the best solution to satisfy your needs. Options may include a refund for unworn/unwashed items that are returned within 7 days of receipt or an exchange for unworn items. Fish Kiss is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable, so please check our size chart for each item to make sure you are ordering the correct size for your little one.

Do you ship internationally?

Our apologies - at this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Do you ever make custom items?

Fish Kiss currently offers hand drawn customizable options, (ie. putting a company on our existing map artwork for company gifts, a wedding location, a resort/store location) for orders over 100 units. If interested, please contact info@fishkiss.com.
