Returns/exchanges are allowed on all non-custom products within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact customerservice@fish-kiss.com for a Return Authorization Form to start the process. Products must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels still attached.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If for any reason an item is received damaged, please send a picture to customerservice@fish-kiss.com so that we can process a replacement ASAP. Please note all custom products are NOT eligible for return. If there is an issue with the custom product, contact customerservice@fish-kiss.com.
